Simple is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Growth) to join our amazing Growth Design Team. Your expertise will contribute to our ambitious goal of positively impacting the nutrition and quality of life for over a 1,000,000,000 people worldwide.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on improving the onboarding process through a value proposition and personalized weight loss and nutrition coaching from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into loyal, paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.

• As market leaders in monetization and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), we set the standard for excellence. We seek a specialist who can continue to push the boundaries, finding efficient, non-obvious solutions that keep us ahead;

What we’re looking for:

• A perfect candidate would have 5+ years of experience in world-class consumer products and a proven track record in enhancing monetization;
• Proficient in using UX research, and data analytics to guide design decisions;
• Strong skills in modern mobile app product design, with a focus on monetization-friendly UX/UI;
• Proven experience in web-based CRO, with a knack for increasing user engagement and boosting paid conversions;
• Turning free users to paying customers through working with value positioning and optimizing growth funnels.
