Algorithm Engineer (all levels)
As a Senior Algorithm Engineer, youโll be a cornerstone of our core team, building robot guidance and inspection applications for manufacturing and maintenance. Youโll shape our entire technology stack, crafting high-performance algorithms for 3D data generation, developing AI-driven guidance systems, and enabling industrial robots to navigate complex, moving environments with precision.

Requirements:
Technical Expertise
ยท Advanced C++ skills with a focus on performance optimization
ยท Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, geometry, and optimization
ยท Domain knowledge in at least one of: robot kinematics, 3D sensing, or Lie theory
ยท Experience writing high-quality, well-tested, performance-critical software
ยท Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time constraints
ยท MS or Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related engineering field
ยท Ideal candidates will have 5+yrs of full-time industry experience beyond internships or academic work
Bonus Qualifications
ยท Hands-on experience with industrial robotics or robot programming
ยท Proficiency in CUDA/GPU programming for real-time systems
ยท Knowledge of event-based vision systems or neural networks for 3D geometry
ยท Background in software quality practices, DevOps, or network protocols
