About Vector
Vector is a contact-level advertising platform built for B2B demand generation teams who are tired of paying LinkedIn to show ads to people who will never buy from them.
We let marketers build ad audiences from real, verified contacts — people actively visiting their site, engaging with their brand, or researching competitors right now. Then we sync those audiences directly to LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and more. The result: less spend on noise, more spend on actual buyers.
We went through Y Combinator, we're backed by serious investors, and we're preparing for a Series A. The core platform has product-market fit. Now we need someone to own what comes next.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the execution layer of our product, taking well-defined problems and turning them into thoughtful, usability-tested, production-ready designs. You'll work closely with our Design Lead and engineering team to ship features that directly move revenue metrics.
This is a role where you'll be expected to go deep on the problem, bring your own point of view on the solution, and validate it with real users before it hits engineering.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end design for new product features or enhancements from concept through developer handoff
- Concept validation and usability testing on your own work with real users before features ship
- Design system maintenance and component documentation
- Developer handoff specs that engineering can build from without guesswork
- Occasional product-related brand assets (empty states, illustrations) where relevant
What Great Looks Like
In your first 30 days, you'll audit the current product and identify quick-win UX or UI opportunities and design system gaps. By day 60, you'll have taken over the current sprint workload entirely and collaborate closely with engineering to create solutions. By day 90, you'll have delivered end-to-end designs for two features, validated, tested, and handed off.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of product design experience, bonus if it’s in B2B SaaS
- A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your output. We want to understand the problem you were solving, how you arrived at your solution, and how users responded to it
- Strong independent research instincts - you know how to get in front of users, ask the right questions, and let what you learn change your direction
- Genuine curiosity about the people using your product. You find user behavior interesting, not just useful
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the problem is clear but the answer requires real investigation
- Proficiency in Figma
- Bonus points (but not a requirement) if you have previous experience in an early stage startup, or with designing ad-tech or martech tools

Compensation
$135,000 – $145,000 base salary, plus equity. We're open to discussing comp based on experience.
